Italian porcelain and the world’s finest stone, in one Fairfield showroom.

Very simply, a first class sales and installation job, in all respects. Prices were reasonable, parts and labor. Installers put in 1,000 square feet in four work-days, including several late nights. No problem moving some very heavy wood furniture and Browning gun safe. Four man team was professional, courteous and very neat, cleaning up all debris and tile dust. Special thanks to Giacomo and site supervisor/worker Christian. Highly recommend.

This is the second tile job we had from Ideal Tile. The first was our master bedroom and bath. They were exceptional and so professional we decided to use them again for another major big job! The entire first floor was ripped up and replaced with the most unusual and beautiful tile. The demolition was seamless, clean and efficient. The laying of the tile was “old world craftsmanship” – the kind you cannot find unless experienced from generations of skill, years of experience and artistic talent. The owners of Ideal Tile possess all of these qualities and then some!! We highly recommend Ideal Tile and plan on using them for all our future projects. If I could give more stars – I would, they are outstanding!

We have worked with Ideal Tile for a number of projects in our home and have had great experiences each time. We have redone our kitchen, with their granite and tile as well as recently just redoing our master bath with their marble and tile. Each experience was very pleasant and Vincent helped us to achieve the look we were going for in both rooms. The prices are fair and the installation team was very efficient. We would certainly recommend them to our friend and family.

Worked with Vincent for tiles in our Laundry room, guest bathroom and master bath. Vincent worked with us for about 3 hours the first day to pick out all tiles, trims and grout. He was patient and knows exactly what we need from the measurements we gave him. Tiles arrived as scheduled. When we ran short of tiles (which was a couple of times), Vincent helped expedite orders for us with no extra charge. He was always available to answer any of our questions and help us in the project that took about 6 months to complete!

Fantastic store and owner! This is my third bathroom that I am using Ideal tile. When we first started the project, there was another location in my own town of Paramus (which has since closed.) I accidentally found this location in Fairfield, and after a few interactions, I decided it was well worth me driving every time to Fairfield instead of a mere 3 minutes in Paramus. Amazing service and unbeatable prices. Will continue to recommend them and use them for my own projects.

Fantastic variety and choice, Not mention the customer service is superb. The tile I ordered was on back order and would’ve taken longer than 2 weeks to just be shipped. Without me asking, Vincent found two similar style tiles with similar prices to the ones I ordered. Instead of waiting 2 or more weeks to just have them shipped, I was able to pick up my order in less than a week. After dealing with the rude employees of the Paramus Ideal Tile (now closed) I was extremely satisfied and happy to deal with a knowledgeable, honest and genuine owner. I will always recommend Fairfield Ideal Tile.

Overall experience was 5/5 stars for us. We ended up finding the exact kitchen floor tile we were looking here after looking all over for a few weeks. Our experience was really positive so that’s where we ended up buying our kitchen counter tops from. We had done tons of research and new going in what the pros & cons of each surface were and we decided on quartz. Pricing, planning and installation were very easy and quick. The only issue was discovered about a month after when we noticed a small hairline fracture. I thought we’d have to suck it up and deal with it but we notified Vincent and he contacted the manufacturer (MSI Quartz) who came out quickly to look and verified it didn’t happen during installation or during our household use. They replaced the entire counter top and Ideal Tile installed it without any further questions asked. The 5/5 review is because our overall experience was excellent and even though we had an issue, they took it seriously and responded accordingly. Would definitely recommend.
